I missed Pedri

Football is kind of a funny game. We didn't deserve to lose the clasico, but did anyway. And we had no business getting 3 points here but we did.

You might say it's undeserved but Sociedad spent so much energy pressing non-stop for 80 minutes and it was apparent that they had non left in the end. Hence why we had 2 clear chances with Gavi and Araujo and scored a goal.

We did not deserve that win holy shit

Let’s be honest, we did not deserve that win.

One of the worst coaching displays AND one of the worst collective team performances I’ve ever seen in my life, utterly embarrassing. Outcoached, outplayed, out of ideas.

Hope FDJ comes back quickly because nobody else can give us any semblance of control and tempo in midfield it seems, he’s our most important player. God bless Ter Stegen too.

Official: Ter Stegen is named as MOTM

Iñigo Martínez take a bow. Besides for the yellow he was flawless today

Pedri's switch from right to left, opening up Balde and taking eyes off from Araujo, made the goal. With respects to Gundo's surgical cross

LOL The reverse classico

We lost the game we should have won and won the game we should have lost. Feels good man.

The single least deserved win I have ever seen us play. An utterly shocking performance.

Fuck it though take the 3 points away vs La real and move on.

Author: Crossflowerss_5304 | Score: 76 pts | Source

Why did it take 90 minutes for us to create some decent chances 😭

Author: reyxe | Score: 35 pts | Source

We deserved absolutely nothing and leave with 3 points.

Even I am sad for La Real LMAO

Thievery. Pure thievery. The football gods providing equilibrium after the El Clasico result.

Author: GaviFPS | Score: 26 pts | Source

Fully robbed them.

ter Stegen stopped most of the balls though, easily MOTM.

Author: Glibicz | Score: 25 pts | Source

But, but last week people were telling me that we need to move on from MATS

Author: [deleted] | Score: 24 pts | Source

We win the ones we don't deserve. We lose the ones we do.

The game against granada was bad, but we actually attacked and scored and made passes and plays. Today, we were just absolutely dire.

I am going to forget this match happened and shamelessly take the 3 points. Araujo is my religion.

It's kinda sad, but I think Lewandowski's claim to a starting position is fizzling out

EDIT: spelling

Thank you, MAtS, you were tested early and often and were a wall the whole game. Bravo Captain, great game!

I hope xavi and the players are critical of themselves in post-match interviews just like they kept saying that last loss was undeserved. Because sure as hell this win is even more undeserved. We literally played 5 minutes of good football.

Lmao Pedri is the best player alongside De Jong on this squad. That last goal was all because he knows how to control the tempo, hold the ball long enough to shift the defense and then play the right ball to start the move

Author: cheesie69420 | Score: 14 pts | Source

How did we win………….

Author: FunPractical2058 | Score: 11 pts | Source

Atleast gundo proved his post match interview words to be right

Author: TheCrazyD0nkey | Score: 11 pts | Source

Loads of positives to take from this.

Gundogan has shown he's a true leader and has injected a winning mentality.

Iñigo has been superb and is an incredible signing that's gone under the radar.

Pedri is back and still providing the most perfect assists just for players to miss their chance.

Raphina galloping all over the pitch like a rabid dog has been missing and was great to see.

Fair play to Sociedad though, absolutely melted us through the whole game and deserved a clear victory playing brave and entertaining football.
