Euro 2024 – RE6 from Dusseldorf to Bielefeld – part of VRR or VRS networks?

I have tickets to a Euro 2024 match in Gelsenkirchen and will be staying in Dusseldorf. I will be travelling from Dusseldorf to Bielefeld the day after the match, so within the 36 hour window for free regional travel for match ticket holders. Looking at the VRR and VRS network maps, I see that Bielefeld is outside of these networks, but the RE6 train starts in the VRS network in Koln, and stops in Bielefeld.

Does anyone know if the RE6 from Dusseldorf to Bielefeld would be considered part of the VRR/VRS network (and therefore eligible for free travel with the 36 Hour Pass)?
