  1. Yes, further drive another vaccine propaganda machine into the ignorant collective.

  2. Whooping cough is nasty. There must be a massive reservoir of potential infection at the moment. No vaccination when I was young. Everyone seems to have been catching this 100 day cough as well.

Are the vaccinations done at the GP surgery? Has accessibility had an impact?

  3. My mum just texted me to warn me I’m not vaccinated and to ‘take precautions’. Ffs.

  4. My partner and I got vaccinated when she was pregnant. I had to pay for mine but hers was free.

It’s a no brainer but unfortunately I think people are not getting vaccinated as much as they used due to the conspiracy theories that circulated around covid.

I trust a doctor more than any Facebook video

  5. Pretty sure this what laid me as a 34 year old man out for all of January and has left me with a bad cough I’m still getting now in May.

  6. I’m currently recovering from Whooping Cough, I’m now on week 5. Adult in my 30s, I have an athletic background; competing in long distance endurance events. This has been the worst thing I’ve ever had. I am awaiting an X ray because I have 2 suspected fractured ribs from the Intensity of the coughs. I have been sleeping sat up for the last 5 weeks and the only thing I can take is pain killers. My case was found after the 21 days, so I wasn’t eligible for antibiotics.

I don’t live in the UK anymore and the country I now live didn’t even consider whooping cough because they vaccinate everyone every 10 years. The childhood vaccine doesn’t last longer than 10 years so anyone who hasn’t had a vaccine in the last 10 years is susceptible to getting it. It’s not well publicised this is the case, and that really anyone can get it. It’s highly contagious too.

I would strongly recommend anyone to get the vaccine if they can.

  7. God this is so scary. A family friends kid nearly died from it at two months. The fact that most vaccine skepticism stems from a medical paper from the 90s which has long been debunked is ridiculous. My parents paid to have me vaccinated for MMR separately, instead of with the 3in1 which was purported to cause autism.

    Still ended up autistic.

  8. Refusing to get a child vaccinated is abuse and needs to be treated as such. Remove children from the homes of abusers.
