An article about this in Polish [here](https://www.rmf24.pl/regiony/warszawa/news-potezny-pozar-centrum-handlowego-w-warszawie-kleby-dymu-nad-,nId,7505913#crp_state=1)
no way, where will we buy cheap Chinese crap now?
Imagine the pollution, that is probably equivalent to millions of cars traveling for years. Discouraging.
Fck! I hope everyone is safe 🙏
Ruskies?
Yikes, that is a giant smoke cloud. I hope everyone is safe now.
So the real question becomes, is it an actual accident or the Russians. Can’t be to sure these days with recent intel reports.
Could be related, could be nothing – in the past few months there were at least 2 arsons in Vilnius shopping centers, luckily they were knocked down fairly quickly.
2 female suspects attempted to burn down the Ozas shopping mall, not sure if they were caught:

Someone just recently tried burning down Ikea

Sorry for Lithuanian links but you can translate if you’re really interested 😀
Scary image with war right next door, fortunately this isnt war related I assume
It was a fire sale
Shit, that looks scary.
Shopping hall was probably controlled by organization associated with Vietnamese govt. I doubt that Russians were involved in this.
It is highly unlikely that it’s in any way related to Russia. The building owner has abruptly raised the rental prices for merchants a few months back. This resulted in protests and strikes by the tenants, a lot of them migrants for whom it was their livelihood. Fire brigade spokesperson said that it’s probable fire has started in several locations at once, and it’s unusual for it to spread so fast over such a vast area. So while foul play is probable, it’s not the Russians. Everything points to the building owner who wanted to burn their problems away. It’s kind of a tradition for sketchy land owners who want to develop an apartment building in Warsaw to set fire to old buildings. This time they burned people’s business to do it.
Our firm won contracts years ago in Poland for building mechanical systems on EU government contracts and we were promptly harassed and chased out of the country by some fucking shady characters. I had people calling my home address in a foreign country. Probably the same people built the mechanical systems for this mall. No fire should get this big unless multiple systems fail or it’s intentionally done.
There is another one near Sierkierowski bridge
All these fires around Poland of junkyards and places good for future flats development makes you wonder how many are actually accidents
Russia ‘recruiting far-Right extremists to carry out terror attacks in NATO countries including Britain’ – as London expels Putin spies including Moscow’s defence attaché
“Russia has been accused of recruiting far-Right extremists plotting terror attacks in NATO nations including the UK – after the British government last week expelled spies including Moscow’s defence attaché in London.
Experts say Vladimir Putin and his GRU military intelligence office are behind terrorists who have carried out a series of attacks in the West in recent months and are planning more ahead.
Undercover GRU officers and the mercenary group Wagner are believed to be cultivating militants described as ‘pro-Russia, pro-Putin and very violent’ “.

This maybe the act of the extremists. The hate for asia are on the rise, unemployment went up. They see the business of asian running in this mall, sabotage is the action of hate.
– “Cui bono?”
In this case, the alternative question can simply be: which developer?
Property “developers” are perhaps the top criminals in modern Poland at the moment. In fact, quite a few of them are “ex” criminals / “ex” major gangsters from the terrible 90s, who moved their money (made “clean” long ago, of course) into land and property development.
There were multiple “funny” cases when housing developments suddenly stopped because the “developers” died, and not of heart attacks. For example, the “famous” Warsaw development at Klamrowa had to stop when “developer” M. was shot in the chest, because his father’s ex-competitors were just released from prison and wanted to talk about the past.
Mokotów developments stopped when billionaire 90s’ gang-, I mean, “legitimate 2000’s businessman” K. went to prison, again. But don’t worry, he’s coming out soon (or has already), so there will be more great developments around Warsaw soon! And more “accidental fires”, perhaps, to accidentally clean the valuable land for the bulldozers.
(BTW, another major fire just started hours ago near Warsaw, this time in the Kampinos National Park. 2500 square metres burned so far, which would be perfect for a nice little housing development. It could even be called “Kampinos Park Villa” or “Fire Forest” or something cute like that!)
Lol, they had 1400 outlets and only 10k daily visitors. 100% this was set for insurance purposes
