  19. The Argentinean President offers help with an airplane and boats to rescue the people but was declined by the Brazilian President who shows to be a Dictator. Portugal also is read to donate Aid supplies to Brasil as long a freight airplane is set to go pickup everything in Portugal, and again the Brazilian Dictator President refuses to send an airplane to Portugal and it's refusing getting help from other nations. Ellen Musk send around 1000 Starlink antennas in order to help gain internet access in areas in need of fast communication to help rescue peoples but for some reason everything it's been hold by the Federal Police department.

  21. I'am born and rased in one of these afected cityes. The river that run throwght my city (Igrejinha) has an indige name that means "river that flows fast". Igrejinha had 90% of the urban area afected. There is thousends pounds of trash in every streets. It's realy a nightmare. And, unfortunetaly, right now, sunday 12.5, 11:10pm here, and it rains over 200mm for last 48h. It's too much… The mountains are now colapsing. And the next days probably the temperatur rech the 5-12°C (very cold for who have lost everything). Very difficult day are waitng us…
