Evil guy:”Do you have a last wish?”
Indian:”Yeah the song of the Superperforator ad!”
Nononono, not Bully. The lowest of lows, Germany did better. I hereby declare “Was nicht passt, wird passend gemacht” the funniest.
Omg this is such an awesome post
For France I’d say En Liberté and Mission Cleopatre
I love Der Schuh des Manitu. I’ve watched it so often I know every line. Btw I’m from Luxembourg, not Germany.
As for France, I’d go with: “Dinner de cons” ou “Bienvenu chez les Ch’tis”
New Kids Turbo and New Kids Nitro for the Netherlands. Can’t think of any other Dutch movie that’s legit funny to begin with? Maybe that one movie with Daniel Arends in it but New Kids has a South Park type of escalation in it that makes me laugh every single time.
Shawshank redemption is called
Rita Heywood- avain pakoon.
Borat
For Belgium I would say Dikkenek
Torrente, Amanece que no es poco, Ocho apellidos vascos…
deleted by mods and referring to /r/casualEurope in 3…2…
Poland – Kiler (1997)
Austria: Muttertag
La cité de la peur
So many strong contenders for Ireland.
It’s going to be between ‘In Bruges’, ‘The Snapper’, ‘The Commitments’ or ‘The Van’.
Can’t even decide myself to be fair.
Wales – Twin Town
Most funny movies in Italy are unknown abroad but one of the best is “armata Brancaleone”, a classic.
*You don’t have to wait for later…*
…
*ask your local weapon trader*
*for the Super Perforator.*
*STRESS? Just cool it.*
*Hit the special bullet.*
*Put it in the magazine…*
*Boom! And bang it to your beam!*
AMERICA MR DOUTFIRE
UK, it’d have to be one of the Python films, Life of Brian maybe? So funny they banned it in Norway
Iceland. Með Allt á Hreinu.
It’s one of the most beloved film ever made in Iceland but I don’t think it translates at all to people outside the country.

As a german i have to say.. “Der Schuch des Manitu” (Shoe of the Manitu) is by far the funniest movie we have.
Alone for this scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMa5pNSu17c 😀

Ireland: The Guard.
Ne joči peter
Fucking classic
Sweden
[Kopps](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MuCH5x98rxg)
Denmark, flickering lights/Blinkende lygter. Dark comedy at its finest and with a trigger happy Mads Mikkelsen
Der Schuh des Manitu is awful. I’d rather watch a Helge Schneider movie.
Traumschiff Surprise
In France ? Any movies with Louis de Funès 🙂
Poland, its probably “How i started WW2”
For Italy, I have a controversial opinion:
[I can quit whenever I want](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/I_Can_Quit_Whenever_I_Want)
Haha I know that one 😀
Anyway for me it’s Tajemství hradu v Karpatech(1981) from the times Czechoslovakia still existed.
Canada, the Austin Powers trilogy.
Spain, and for me the funniest is amanece que no es poco
Probably there are 10 million people in the world that finds it funny: the northern Spaniard that are not right wing.
Slunce seno a pár facek…Czech rep.
Serbia: When I grow up I will be kangaroo (Kad porastem biću kengur)
I love Spanish and French comedies though. I find that we have very similiar sense of humor with them.
Όλα είναι δρόμος / Ola einai dromos (Greece)
I nominate [The Attack of the Giant Mousaka](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0287320/) for Greece.
