well this of course as the humanitarian situation in Gaza is only getting worse James Smith is a British Doctor Who is in Rafa at the moment we spoke to him earlier over the phone and he told us more about what’s happening there I don’t know if you can hear that noise in the background that’s the sound of the Israeli drones in the sky situation here in uh on near Rafa now is is catastrophic several neighborhoods in the east of Rafa yesterday were designated by the Israelis as so-called Red Blocks very shortly afterwards with very little time for people to flee uh they began their air and artillery strike several people were killed and and more were injured al- naar Hospital one of the few remaining hospitals in Rafa um has been rendered nonfunctional people are so well aware now of the violence that the Israeli military has committed against patients against healthcare workers and against Hospital facilities that they have preemptively uh fled to try and seek some Sanctuary somewhere else um people are literally being pushed towards the sea there are literally tents down to the water line on the beach uh and this is the area that uh the Israeli military is forcing people to dis place to now uh a place where people are already living in crowded uh and undignified conditions um we’re seeing um patients presenting with acute jaundice syndrome likely hepatitis spreading as a result of poor access to to to clean water and a lack of uh access to to to Safe sanitary conditions we’re seeing people with awful respiratory infection uh diarrhea and vomiting progressing to dehydration um patients coming in very very unwell that’s James Smith a British doctor in Rafa speaking to France 24 earlier

  16. Does this doctor also tell his audiences how his "suffering people" had shot yesterday 30 missiles on Israeli dwellings? About their attack on Israelis in the passage where needed supplies are entering Gaza? Do his proteges tell him where are 134 hostages are kept? whole families, children and baby's among them. This modern 'Lord How How' knows damn well that all hostilities would immediately stop when the hostages will be returned back. Until then …There is voor his buddies only blood sweat and tears.
