Wrong map. LVMH is bigger than LOREAL by a huge margin, like at least twice (it’s also the biggest non american company in a fight with Samsung)
UK has no native major companies, they are mostly foreign. UK society is backward in many regards to utopian Europe so nobody wants to do business there.
Either I’m reading the map wrong,
Or Kazakhstan got really big!
Also curious,
What is the most common standpoint nowadays when making these maps? Is Crimea drawn as part of Ukraine, or drawn as part of ~~Russia~~ I mean Kazakhstan.
What is the main denominator. Novo Nordisk for Denmark is ahead of Maersk in stock value, but behind in number of employees and profit.
NaftoGaz only few years ago become profitable after restructuring.
Baghdad soft drink.
It depends on the metrics… What exactly is this map measuring? Gross sales? Net revenue? Total number of employees?
No source.
Biggest by what measure?
No legend for color scheme.
bad mad
I thought Malta would have some large corpo avoiding corporate tax but I’m surprised.
Orlen Lietuva is Polish
Im German but never heard of SAP. Can someone here explain me what this is?
What’s most important for the economy?
Everybody: banking, energy sector, technology, construction…
Belgium: BEER!
For Germany SAP is only the biggest in market capitalization not by revenue not even in top ten. VW Daimler DHL/Post BASF Münchener Rück All bigger and important

According to Forbes Maersk is the largest. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_largest_Danish_companies
Its impressive 100 billion dk kroner revenue for 2021 has never been achieved by another Danish company https://investor.maersk.com/news-releases/news-release-details/trading-update-q4-and-full-year-2021
In Albania it’s Balfin Group
Nokia still exists ?
