Tuberculosis test

Hey guys,
I’m going to study in the US and the university asked me for a Tuberculosis test (IGRA or Skin test – photo attached), as I’m from Brazil.
Does anyone know where I could take one of these tests?
I’m currently living in Mainz.
I’m also European, if that makes any difference.
