As no one actually wants to live in Poland, Poland should be just putting people on trains and shipping them to Germany. Sort of a reverse of the past, only without all the murder than the heartless Germans are known for.
Poland would eat Belarus in a sitting.
It would be vastly more convenient to set up tent camps at the border, and begin to set up permanent housing directly adjacent to the border.
With no special limits on density of structures.
Make it an architectural and community construction project.
The Belarus / Poland border is a much nicer place to be, at present, than Algeria, Syria, Kuwait, UAE, KSA, Iraq, Burma, Haiti, or Cuba.
