a row of tents occupying The Gardens of the University of Sydney about 100 pro Palestinian demonstrators mobilized to demand a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas and for their University to disinvest from Israel it matters that there is a student movement being built all around the world made up of millions of people and I wish uh solidarity to all of the fellow student activists who’ve been involved in this fight world over a few hundred meters away separated by a row of police a simultaneous counter demonstration protesters waving Australian and Israeli Flags that’s fine it’s Free Speech but they took over everything on campus walking through campus you know chanting intifada and from the river to the sea that that does something um it’s it’s scary demonstrations have been largely inspired by the wave of protests currently sweeping Across America some involving violent confrontations and numerous arrests while stressing the importance of freedom of expression the American president called for order to be maintained we are not an authoritarian Nation where we silence people or squash descent the American people are heard but neither are we a lawless country we are a civil society an order must Prevail elsewhere in the world other student movements claim to be drawing inspiration from American campuses in France the UK or here in Mexico
Hundreds of supporters of Israel and Gaza faced off at a Sydney university Friday, bringing echoes of US college protests and Middle East tumult to a campus and continent on the other side of the world.

Stop calling it Israel-hamas war. It’s been civilian Palestinians getting slaughtered. Have some conscience. What happened to unbiased reporting? I’m absolutely third party uninvolved in this conflict, but even I can see what the blind media doesn’t want to see or report.

The whole world sees what’s happening in Gaza. The difference is that these students don’t have their conscious contaminated by rogue ideology or special interest. They see genocide for what it is GENOCIDE and that’s what makes their movement so powerful
What do they know about this war? How can they take sides? It's not even our problem.
Same uniform tents across the globe. It's so funny how unsuspicious these billiobaires are, couldn't even steal a Mars bar but trying to be the Mafia.
