Are the Ukrainians manufacturing them or are they getting the occasional donation. I know its date unknown but it seemed to me like both sides had burned through the majority of their stockpiles of these missiles within the first 6th months. Actually was pretty surprised to see Russia had begun using tactical ballistic missiles in numbers again against AD, MRLS, etc. I thought they had been at the point for the last year that they were basically only used against priority strategic targets (which admitted, trying to bag a Patriot is but I didn’t think the Russians had the operational intelligence and communication to quickly find them and strike them before they move or even on the move).
(Edited)
They appear to have received new missiles, but this may be some stock they were saving for a special occasion, such as the need to use against Russian logistics in Belgorod, as HIMARS cannot be used on that front.
Delivering long-range missiles for the defense of a country and preventing that country from targeting concentrations of troops and war material 20 kilometers from its own border is something tragicomic
