It says Poisonous Salt…what it actually means is that Tiger Tiger rimmed 5 tequila shots with Caustic Soda…because they keep their salt and Caustic soda near each other in identical containers…
Keeping salt and caustic soda in similar containers is a proper big brain move.
Goddamn, how’s that their license is not revoked or at least suspended?
I mean Tiger Tiger is objectively the worst club in the city one can go anyway but serving literal chemical poison surely have to mean something?
>It is believed that staff accidentally filled salt pots with caustic soda, a chemical which is often used in cleaning.
Find it very difficult to believe anyone would place something dangerous to handle into a container by accident where it would be mistaken by other staff a salt
Why the fuck was caustic soda just out on the bar anyway?
> The Sun reports that police were called to the scene and refused to let anyone out of the premises whilst emergency vehicles, including an air ambulance, raced to the scene.
I’ve been to Tiger Tiger a couple of times when friends had drinks/parties there.
Being told that I’m not to allowed to leave sounds like hell – that place is an absolute shithole!
How is Tiger Tiger profitable??? It has had a reputation for a long time as the worst club in London.
Where to start? There’s so many H&S infringements let alone the civil damages cases.
I will never cease to be amazed that Tiger Tiger still exists.
This is something out of a cartoon. Did no one even think to point out how this could be dangerous?
“Hey, Mick. Do you think leaving the salt and caustic soda next to each other in identical containers might lead to some sort of wacky accident in the future?”
“Don’t be silly. I’ll make it even easier by labelling the containers. See? S for salt and S for soda. Only an idiot would mix them up now!”
