  21. Ukraine is also picking up any men they find, whether disabled or mentally ill to put on the front line. Quite literally cannon fodder and a death sentence. They picked up a man with Down's Syndrome, put him on the front line and mocked and kicked him. It's on Youtube. Disgusting.
