  5. Ignoring the fact wether or not I like Tuchel generally, I’m just trying to weigh up how realistic it is and what speaks for/against him staying:

    ***Pro***:

    – His relationship with the team is good

    – His relationship with the core sporting representatives (Eberl/Freund) seems to be good aswell

    – No major job free in england rn (except if EtH gets booted)

    – Lives near his family

    – Would certainly get many transfers now

    – Would somehow fit to his villain look

    ***Contra***

    – Uli would have to make himself a dog to allow this, which is pretty much enough reason for me to think it’s not gonna happen lol

    Open Source Management

    All the Bayern fans will get to propose and vote on tactics and decisions e.g. Formation and In Game tactics.

    There will be an Enforcer in the club a.k.a Oliver Kahn to ensure players follow these decisions

    Not surpised by this stat. His long balls are really impressive. He has everything to be our next deep lying playmaker.

  12. Would it be a bad idea to loan Stanisic back to Leverkusen for 1 more season and then extend or sell in summer of 25? If Frimpong leaves he could get the starting RWB spot and will get another year to work under Alonso.

    That would give us 1 more year to decide what to do with Boey, Mazraoui and potentially Kimmich too.

I think that most of Tuchel’s decisions regarding the squad have been quite understandable, the only thing that I have an issue with is how he handled Bryan’s and Tel’s playtime. de Ligt had a rocky start, but he slowly convinced Tuchel and he’s now the undisputed nr 1 in our defence. Dier came in and instantly showed that he was more reliable than Upa and Kim, which made him a starter. Kimmich was slow and indecisive in midfield, so he was moved into RB where he played well. Goretzka kept underperforming, so Pavlo slowly took his place. Davies was shit, so he lost his starting position. Hell even Müller earned his place by the end. With the quality and mentality issues in the squad, he didn’t do a horrible job with squad selection.

  17. Don’t get me wrong. I am not a fan of Tuchel’s Bayern. I did not like how we tried to play. I personally do not think he is good fit for Bayern and I have him as main culprit why we ‘ve done so poorly in bundesliga this season.

    But if Thomas Muller is saying he should stay, then I will shut up, admit that I am wrong and will not oppose Tuchel’s staying.
