  1. Can people not just diet and exercise? What is with people jumping to a pill?

Edit: nothing anyone has said disproven the basic fact that if calories consumed exceed calories burned, weight is gained, and vice versa. There are no exceptions to this. This is a fact, regardless of hormones or age or any other limiting factor. This is true for ALL people. It’s a law of thermodynamics.

  2. Weight loss schemes are a scam. Scooby-Dooby-Doooo!

  3. I was going to say she’s been heavier than that, but she’s 5’2″ so I guess it tracks.

  4. I tried Wegovy over the weekend.

I have never puked like that in my life. I half expected my feet to come out.

I dunno how people tolerate it but it’s not worth it to lose some pounds. She looked fine the way she was before.

  5. I took Contrave for 6 months. Dropped 55 lbs. Then I had the doctor switch me over to basic Bupropion. Weight is still off 4 months later.

Contrave was a decent head start. It’s an antidepressant and craving suppressant mixed together. Weird how the Antidepressant itself is helping keep the weight flatlined… it’s almost like my overeating and depression were linked somehow.

To be clear, I’m still 50lbs over where I want to be, but I can now easily go for a 5k walk at night or put in 60-90 minutes on a treadmill or elliptical.

  6. Jfc It feels like 1988 Oprah all over again. She gonna roll out a meat wagon on stage? Lol This woman yo yos back and forth so hard. It’s clearly emotional eating or something more than just dieting can fix.

  7. It’s cool for her to take weight loss drugs as needed, but it is very not cool for her to be advertising scam “lose weight fast just by taking this gummy” weight-loss supplements on social media.

ETA: I looked it up following the replies and the Kelly Clarkson weight-loss gummy ad that I saw on Instagram is, apparently, fake. It was 100% convincing footage of Kelly Clarkson endorsing these gummies. Apparently, they took video footage from her Instagram and created an AI ad from it. She should sue!

  8. Least she smart enough to admit as she is clearly on that Opezic or whatever it’s called.

  9. Duh. About time she owned it. I don’t think everyone needs to explain themselves – but she’s a talk show host and her image is based on being “just like other women” – so her rapid weight loss required mentioning. Especially since she’s proudly proclaimed she doesn’t diet in countless interviews.

  10. Track your calories, get your steps in, weigh your food, go to the gym.

  11. Less than 10% of people lose weight and keep it off via lifestyle change. There’s no shame in getting treatment for the number one disease in the world.

  12. Really? I’m beyond shocked that a celebrity used a weight loss drug! Every fat person in Hollywood is on these drugs and so much for “fat acceptance”

  13. That’s awesome 👏

Now make it readily available for people and not only for the rich and famous

  14. The whole thing has been weird. While I respect privacy, we do have eyes. 🤷🏼‍♂️

  15. I’m find with medical assistance to get someone down to a reasonable weight.

    Testosterone, hgh, weightloss drugs, whatever.

  16. Except you can’t just take a drug to make it go away. As soon as you stop, it goes right back on, because they are circumventing the real work of lifestyle changes.

  17. She also might have the funds for a personal trainer. Or 2. Or 20.

  18. Phew, these comments are highly uneducated and with zero grace. Dang lol.
