SZ:Tuchel now seriously considering whether to accept staying. The scenario that a few days ago was considered unthinkable, now considered extremely conceivable. If team, sporting management & Tuchel passionately speak out in favor, then no one in the club’s committees will oppose it

  1. This would be a huge win for anyone who watches the pre game press conferences hahaha

  2. >Tuchel will now consider whether to accept being only a 5th option and staying at the club for only one more year before a new coach would come in 2025. A new contract, which would be the most face-saving (and possibly only acceptable) option for Tuchel is currently out of the question for the supervisory board [@SZ]

  3. Welche *Optionen hat Tuchel eigl aktuell?

Um auch mal seine alternativen und entscheidungsgrundlage zu verstehen?

    Wie ist seine familiäre Situation?

  4. I am certainly not opposed. The guy is a great tactician and as long as the squad backs him I couldn’t care less about what management thinks

  5. So there’s been a concrete offer from Eberl for him?

  6. We’re seriously considering keeping a guy who subs off Harry Kane for Choupo Moting while 1-0 away at the Bernabau in the UCL semi final….

  7. I genuinely don’t think this core group of players is going to perform differently whether tuchel stays or goes.

  8. Hope he doesn’t stay, the way the fans and some senior members discredited his work was disrespectful

  9. Not opposed, I’m more concerned with our efforts to strenghten our squad

  10. He didn’t win a thing this season yet we reward him?

  11. I feel for the dude, and for his sake I hope he doesn’t stay. I honestly don’t think Bayern’s method of firing a manager if they have bad results in less than a year is going to work for us. Managers need time, especially when they have tougher transfer windows and don’t get the players they want. The fact that everyone (both internally and the fans) turned on him so quickly when he’s had proven success in the past was always baffling to me. At this point its made me want to see us burn a bit so hopefully we learn our lesson and give managers time to do their work (even Nagelsmann said something similar I believe)

  12. As a Chelsea and Tuchel fan, I’m not surprised that Neuer is a fan of Tuchel. Ppl always exaggerate his issues at clubs. All the Top quality players he’s coached have had good things to say about him afterwards. It’s always the underperforming players that have issues with him.

  13. I am not opposed but I don’t get the confidence in him…

His weird playing 11s and some weird tactical decisions he took weeee baffling…

It’s only after his dismissal as the coach, our team started doing well under him..

  14. Tuchel macht den Xavi
Hey wie in den letzten Jahren…..Super Kommunikation….. Super Planung Bayern congratulations….Oder wie man sich selber Steine in den Weg legt. Und unattractiv für gute Spieler wird… Weiter so

  15. What are they planning exactly? To install him as a lame duck for the entire next season to get Xabi Alonso/Sebastian Hoeneß/Jürgen Klopp/… for 2025/26? Or do they want to keep him indefinitely for as many seasons as possible? I don’t see any scenario in which this is a win win…

  16. Tuchel should stay, the management should publicly appologise and support him. And he should learn to trust his team and his players, and open up a new page.

There is work to do on a lot of sides, but it can work out magnificently.
