I have not been to Germany since 2018 when I visited cologne. And I have never driven in Germany. The translate app says it’s a speeding ticket for going 74 in a 50 on 29 February 2024.

Who’s the person in the picture?
Speeding ticket for going 24 kilometers above 50 within city limits.
So you got this letter to an address abroad? This is really strange.
Who is on the picture?
Do you know who the license plate on the picture belongs to?
The letter says you should answer within a week after getting the letter by filling out the form that was sent with the letter. However, you could also just write back that you have not been in Germany since 2018, that it is not you on the picture and not your car on the picture.
