The Duke and Duchess of Sussex received a warm welcome when they arrived in Nigeria on Friday.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were invited by the country’s Ministry of Defence.

They will spend three days travelling to different cities to meet local charities and members of the national Invictus Game team, as Harry marks its 10th anniversary this week.

The couple visited the Lightway Academy college where they were treated to a fun dance.

The academy receives support from their Archewell Foundation to educate and train young girls affected by conflicts in Nigeria.

Harry highlighted the importance of talking about mental health in a powerful speech.

  13. It is almost like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are as of Prince Harry’s recent return to the UK for the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games, back as a Senior Royal making appearances.

    Since this anniversary, it seems to me as though the Princes, Prince William and Prince Harry are back to competing with one another given Prince William attending the Duchy of Cornwall’s first Homeless Housing Project 🇬🇧
