After this, we know that City made another challenge of the impartiality of an experienced barrister in no way connected to the Premier League, in KC Murray Rosen. How much delay this caused is unknown.*

   This is what’s flying under the radar, is that the reason it’s taking so long is that City don’t want a judgment, and they are spending fortunes pushing every technicality through as many appeals as they can and pushing for injunctions every step of the way meanwhile hoovering up as many tainted trophies as they can.

4. It’s called tying the opposition up in litigation. Make it so expensive for the FA to take city to court that ultimately they “hopefully” give up or offer a settlement.
