According to the conversations in the video this was filmed in Kharkiv. At the end of the video, the girl suggests that the strike was aimed at Northern Saltivka (district of Kharkiv city).

This was the part of the initial barrage on the very first night of their invasion.
Are we sure this isn’t footage of one of those massive Russian ammo depots that went up early in the war? This is exactly what they sounded like. There’s no way that is a even barrage of Grads, you’d have to have 40 trucks lined up and a concentration of vehicles like that would have been pummeled.
