That, unfortunately, is a disingenuous, not to say ‘false’, statement.
The US has most definitely restrained Ukraine in the use of HIMARS, ATACMS, F16’s, etc.
If Blinken wants to maintain credibility, he should not be contradicting plain facts that everybody knows.

He also said we will give Ukraine what it needs to win. A very important statement. Taking the gloves off and removing Ukrainians arm from behind it’s back is needed. The rhetoric is changing, it is happening. The dark ages for Russia is approaching, and they chose that path.
