Russian President Vladimir Putin shocked everyone by replacing Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu with civilian Andrei Belsouv who has a background in economics. The changes are set to be approved by Russian parliamentarians. The shock move comes two years into Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has also explained why it chose a civilian for the role of managing Russian defence forces. Watch this video for more information.

  23. shoigu and belsouv should work together for the best results like body and soul because one has expriece and knowladge about war and one is open to new ideas, the expected result wount come if two work seperately i would recomend creating a thinktank with experienced people and people capable of thinking and having good creativity to aid the process.
