PM ‘confident’ on voters and economy

prime minister typically so when we do these GDP interviews I’m it’s usually we’re usually talking to the chancellor uh but we’re very privileged you’ve stepped in uh at the last minute why is it that you want to be here talking to us today well undoubtedly the economy the country has been through a tough couple of years with the war in Ukraine most recently the pandemic before that and I know that’s taken a toll on people and that’s why ensuring a strong economy has been Paramount in what I want to achieve for the country and I am pleased that whilst of course of course there’s more work to do today’s figures show that the economy now has real momentum and I’m confident that with time people will start to feel the benefits of that you we’ve had multiple months now where wages are rising energy bills have fallen mortgage rates are down from the peak taxes are being cut and I said today’s news just shows that the economy does have real momentum more work to do but I’m pleased with the progress that we’re making

  1. Everytime he shows his glib little face he loses more support, how the hell does he think he knows how tough it is putting up with his parties 14 years of utter failure

  2. Energy bills have fallen ! The unit price has yes but the standing charges have rocketed so completely only taking data they can use as spin ! Time for general election no spin on that

  3. Ha… a little bit of growth yet everything is bust… NHS, policing, education, and more foodbanks than ever before. Tories are f..ed

  4. The economy has taken a big dive down ever since Rishi Sunak worm his way into the PM job. He should go he has absolutely no idea how to run anything. If the Conservative are to win the next election, they need Boris back

  5. ‘With Time’. Who’s time is he talking about. He’s got plenty to Play with. But he’s made sure, that millions of people Haven’t got that luxury.

  6. He is also confident to not wear a seatbelt in a moving car. And confident to break his party’s social distancing laws.

  7. Rishi Sunak has been doing a fantastic job, he is without a shadow of a doubt one of the greatest prime ministers in British history.

  8. Vote labour !!! Get tories out !! Get labour in , or bettwr still get rid of all these pick pocket criminals, & start fresh people thats actually for the people, not themselves ..

  9. Billionaire sits there smirking, absolutely clueless how ordinary people live and are sick to death of the Tories and their lies
