If you want to do something like dancing… Go for Poi or contact staff, or something like that. Looks a lot better, even performed by low skilled people, than whatever is happening in that vid.
Yes, so illegal in fact that you can’t even have them at home. But generally speaking, as long as you don’t attack someone or carry them out in the open, law enforcement won’t have a reason to search your home and confiscate them
Edit: I’m not encouraging anyone to break the law, just saying that you can somewhat bend it if you really want to. But you still shouldn’t do it.
