In Vovchansk (Kharkiv border region), street battles are taking place in the area of high-rise buildings. Unfortunately it looks like another city will be wiped off the map due to Russian Mir 🤬

1. This is the result of waiting over 2 years to give ukraine what they need.

2. Definitely affected their defense but russia been doing that since beginning. That’s their tactics. Take out all civilian housing and infrastructure hospitals etc. Look at avdiivka or bakhmut and many others. They just flatten everything. Military targets don’t matter when you flatten whole towns and cities
