IMO this gives more credit to the job Ole did. He understood they needed to get rid of a lot of players who didn’t have the mentality. Get younger team players, willing to work. But he got fckd over by the board and the Ronaldo signing. Not the signing in itself, but the fact that someone above him made that decision, and undermined his authority.
And then you have ETH, who did the wrong thing, and brought in players like Anthony who neither have the skills or the mentality. And 70M for a 30-year old Casemiro on a 4-year, 300K wage is absurd.
