The Court of Appeal has refused to change the sentence of Valdo Calocane, who killed three people in Nottingham last summer.
Calocane was given an indefinite hospital order after admitting the manslaughter of Barnaby Webber, Grace O’Malley-Kumar and Ian Coates on the grounds of diminished responsibility.
Three senior judges said that while Calocane’s offences had caused “unimaginable grief”, his sentence was not unduly lenient.

No justice.
Common sense.
Discrimination against Nottinghamshire people
This is why we should elect Conservative U.K.
Labour would’ve actually given him a lenient sentence
Life in a high security mental unit is actually a lot rougher than life in hi sec prison. source: I've worked in both.
Our country is totally fucked. What a time to be British.
What law ?
If he had committed his crimes against more “powerful” people, his sentence would be VERY different
They want to make it clear that there are “classes” of people
He looks mad
