Great news if correct, but are the Russians really so stupid that they’d leave at least two of their best fighters sitting at an airfield after it had taken a major hit?
I suppose it’s possible that the planes had been damaged in the attack during the night of 14/15 April, so they couldn’t be flown out (or they had no pilots available to do that), but it would take extraordinary hubris and incompetence to leave the planes in position when they could be moved to another airfield.
Notice how the article states “they media suggests that Mig31Ks could have been hit at the Belbeck airfield” …. “suggests”……could have”
