in another Global News i’ be tracking a news point right now ever since Russia launched its fullscale invasion of Ukraine ties between Moscow and London have continued to plunge to new low points and am made the strain ties Moscow has warned of launching strikes at UK military targets inside Ukraine and Beyond the step will be taken if Ukrainian forces would use British supplied long range missiles to strike inside Russian territory well the statement issued by Russia’s foreign Ministry comes after UK foreign secretary David Cameron’s cave visit and his comment that Ukraine has the right to strike at Russia using British supplied weapons in terms of what the ukrainians do in our view it is their decision about how to use these weapons they’re defending their country they were illegal invaded by Putin and they must take those steps we don’t discuss any um caveats that we put on on those things but let’s be absolutely clear Russia has launched an attack into Ukraine and Ukraine absolutely has the right to strike back at Russia replying to Cameron’s comments Russia’s foreign Ministry said that Cameron’s remarks recognized that Britain was now a defacto part of the war and contradicted an earlier assurance that long range weapons given to Ukraine would not be used against Russia the ministry also pointed out that it considered Cameron’s remarks as a serious escalation now with Western allies supporting Ukraine French president Emanuel macron said that he is firm on his plans of sending French troops to fight for Ukraine adding that Europe is mortal and faces existential threat in Russia’s apparent formal protest Russian foreign Ministry on on Monday summoned UK Ambassador njel Casey he was summoned to the foreign Ministry for a formal protest and French Ambassador Perry Levy was also summoned however there was no explanation on the summon of the French Ambassador Russian foreign Ministry released a statement after the summon of Casey and this is what it stated and I’m quoting here the envoy was urged to reflect on the inevitable catastrophic consequences of such hostile steps by London and to immediately refute in the strongest and most unequivocal manner of the provocative statements by the head of the foreign office moreover warning cave and its Western allies Moscow has said that it will treat f16s in Ukraine as nuclear capable aircraft it further went on to say that the Reckless Behavior of kave and donors of F-16 from the West was driving the war in Ukraine to a point of no return the ministry also said that some NATO member states were purposefully dragging the alliance into a direct armed conflict with Russia up [Music]

    United States must not give up on Ukraine

    As the Russian invasion of Ukraine continues, we must remember that too much is at stake to walk away.

    Autocrats and those with autocratic tendencies are having a global moment. While it may seem to some that a relatively small piece of the overall puzzle is at play in this conflict, the domino effect of allowing Vladimir Putin’s bullying to win in Ukraine would have a profoundly worldwide effect.

    There is, of course, Ukraine itself. It is unacceptable in the 21st century to allow one nation to engage in a hostile takeover of another sovereign country. Ukrainian civilians and fighters alike are dying needlessly daily. Allowing Putin to win only continues to embolden an already largely unchecked autocrat. Having just been sworn in for a fifth term as Russian president, Putin is tightening his grip at home. Russia’s “president for life” continues to drag the Russian people into an illiberal sinkhole. Validating his aims in Ukraine by walking away is not an option.

    Eastern Europe is already on constant alert for these potential threats. The United States has long been committed to peace and security in Europe. Ceding more ground to Putin raises and expands the danger level even more, eroding trust in the United States.

    With Putin continuing to rattle his nuclear saber, any more encroachment upon Europe and the borders of NATO member states could put us all on the brink of a nuclear catastrophe.

    Putin’s allies, sympathizers and sycophants are also threats to a peaceful world order. Allowing Russia to win in Ukraine could, and likely would, also bolster these autocrats. China, Iran and North Korea are already threats that do not need more encouragement.

    We are already at an uneasy time with Iran in the Middle East, China and Taiwan, and the ever-present unpredictability in North Korea. Fueling those flames by walking away from Ukraine could be a global disaster.

    Our national stability and prosperity depend on preserving democracy at home and abroad. Will we stay true to our principles and our best interests by protecting democracy through continuing aid and support in Ukraine?

    The answer should be simple. Too much is a stake, and the United States must stay the course in Ukraine.

  21. Strange when they say, no other EU countries army soldiers can be involved in protecting Ukraine. But while they say that they take many people from Africa and other places to fight for money.

    And it shouldn't matter what weapons Ukraine has, it Ukraines responsibility how to fight, they fighting if somebody gives tools you use them your own way.. There was no point attack, even if anyone come closer to Russia wall, if they don't cross the wall why you should say what they should do yet?

  24. Cameron’s interpretation is hardly correct. They are as correct as Churchill’s were about Indias guilt in WWII. These high sounding titles aren’t worth the paper they are written on. Cameron would not qualify to be Lord of the beasts as he shows no hu man traits even though he served in high office. Gosh, these fellas should stop and analyse what they’re saying!

  36. Context to the Russian ongoing SMO in Ukraine: clearly planned out by US National Security Adviser, Z. Brzezinski as set out in his 1997 book 'The Grand Chessboard', that the US as sole global Superpower should adopt the "geopolitical imperative" of seizing /breaking up Russia and China to dominate & extract their resources; "Nato thus needed to expand" beyond the West into Eurasia & beyond.

    Starting with the engineered dissolution of the USSR in 1991: Russia agreed to an independant Ukraine on the promise that it would never join Nato otherwise Russia could withdraw its consent to a separate Ukraine state, no formal papers having been signed. Kiev-Maidan Coup,supported by US(with Nuland cookies) followed in 2014 against the democratically elected President; chaos spread, with Crimea region(staunch Russian heritage) returning to Russia after a referendum vote of 95%. The Minsk Accord was signed/guaranteed by EU leaders, that Ukraine would not ever join Nato and pose an unacceptable national security threat to Russia.

  37. The Grand Chessboard plans of US National Security Adviser Zbig Brzezinski "NATO must first expand"(pg 208) clearly reveals the intent to spearhead NATO across Eurasia & beyond, now happening from Ukraine to the East China Sea, South Pacific and the Indian Ocean.
    Cameron has got it the wrong way round- Russia has the moral and lawful right to defend against the deadly evil/aggression/greed of NATO & the COLLECTIVE WEST behind it, the blatant invaders.
