From the US and saw this at a restaurant in Switzerland. Thought it was a clock, but seems to be some sort of weather/barometer thing? Does anyone know what this is called? And possibly where to get one? Thank you! (Sorry for the poor quality pic – had to get it off google maps).

It’s just a fancy barometer.
Weather “clock”, a.k.a. Barometer.
Anticlockwise: Storm, Rain, Changing, Fair, Dry.
It measurrses the air pressure
It’s a wall barometer by “A. Goldschmid Sohn Zürich” (Jakob Goldschmid) from the late 1800’s to early 1900’s.
You can find out more about the history of the manufacturer [here](https://www.goldschmid-aneroide.com/firmengeschichte/jakob-kaspar-albert-goldschmid/) (warning: German! The barometer section is almost at the bottom of the page).
Fun fact: looks like the National Museum of American History [has an Aneroid Barometer](https://americanhistory.si.edu/collections/search/object/nmah_1419936) designed by Jakob Goldschmid in its collection.
Could be a couple of hundred $ if you want an original. I’d search for “antique barometer” on ebay for a cheaper one.
