Hey everyone, today i read the news about new blue card regulations but couldn't find anything else .
Lets say they really changed the laws/regulations. Is it possible to apply for blue card even though i started working back in 2023 september ? (I still have a valid contract for more than 1 year).

No idea.
I guess the changes are EU wide, have to check.
My company does payroll for bluecard holders working on freelance contract. Will check there as well.
This isn’t possible with the current law, and nothing indicates that it will change. Note the downsides too, unemployment benefits limited to 3 months
