  1. At this point, both the Club and Xavi should part ways honestly. Forget the performances we have had this Season, forget the Roque situation. The relationship between the board and Xavi is way too toxic now. The board members have been against Xavi’s continuity since some time now and voted to let Xavi leave at the end of the Season. This toxicity isn’t good enough for either parties and will eventually effect the dressing room as well.

  2. It’s as if Laporta and the board didn’t want Xavi to resign … they preferred to fire him. The classic case of who gonna yell “you’re fired” or “I quit” first. What a mess. All I can do is laugh to be honest

  3. The main problem is see here is not Xavi’s discouraging, sad but true words, nor Laporta’s sudden change of attitude towards Xavi. It’s the disconnection between the President, board, head coach and director of football. Why will Laporte hire a coach who has complete different vision with him? It’s between Deco and Xavi in Roque’s situation, now it’s Laporte in the club’s future.

  4. Laporta has failed massively. Not bringing a DM while Busquets was still here is his biggest failure. Instead he bought Ferran, Lewandowski, Raphinha etc.

No top team goes into a season without a DM.

  5. Won’t lie, if Xavi staying next season would mean us trying to get Lucho, Pep, maybe *Klopp* or anyone from the absolute top, I am fine with it

  6. No ones fault you’re a fraud dear Laporta. 3 years and you haven’t managed to do sht. Not Xavi’s fault he correctly pointed out we can not compete with Real Madrid.
