Hello everyone. We want to buy a washing machine on the Internet. I tried to buy on Media Markt or Saturn, but there was a problem with Verfügbarkeit. I found a website for electronics called “[ao.de](https://ao.de)”. Has someone bought something from this website? Could you please share your experiences? Do you know any other websites to buy washing machines?

Bought a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer combo there. No issue at all.
Mind, standard delivery is curbside, so you want a friend for carrying.

Bought a fridge and a wine fridge there. They even have a service, that you can book that they carry it in your flat for you and hook it up. Was something like 30€ and money well spent. Also they take away the cardboard packaging. Recommend.
When my tumble dryer broke down about a year ago I ordered a new one from [ao.de](https://ao.de). No trouble at all. The delivery people called about half an hour before they arrived, carried the new dryer down into the laundry room, unpacked it, and took away the packaging material and the old, broken dryer. I think at least part of that was an optional service at extra cost. I didn’t book the “installation” service, because I felt perfectly capable of plugging it in myself.
I can’t say anything about their customer service, because I haven’t had any problems with the dryer itself or with the delivery, billing, etc., and therefore never contacted them.

Other popular online retailers that sell washing machines include [amazon.de](https://amazon.de) (I’ve ordered a washing machine there once; no problems) and [otto.de](https://otto.de) (haven’t used them personally at all, but friends of mine got their washing machine from there a few years ago, also without any problems).

Buy from Wehkamp. Beko is a big brand from Turkey thats still quite cheap. They install it for you.

Ao is good, so are many smaller electronics shops. I always just checked for my model of choice, then looked for it on idealo.
But my suggestion is not to trust the Verfügbarkeit you see online, but to always call and double-check the stock. Calling beforehand also gives you a good idea if the store provides shitty customer service.
