I’m Australian and I sympathise with these guys. Long season with Euros coming up and they have to fly all the way here for a friendly or two.
Having said that, we’re starving for more EPL action down here.
I’m going to the game but I must say I didn’t realise at the time I bought the tickets how close it was to the end of the season. I think it’s pretty stupid to organise a friendly at this time
Anyone involved in internationals this summer should not be going. Nobody should be going really.
