Tbh this narrative that modric wasnt a good player before RM should stop. He alongside bale were carrying spurs and even was TOTT in euro 2008 ahead of players like iniesta!!
I think he was statistically one of the best mid during his yrs at spurs. Both SAF and Mou wanted him but at last we got him and the rest is history.
