  15. What difference does it make if a false ad is created by hand or by AI? I think that is McConnell’s point and I guess I agree with it – people have been manipulating video and audio since the very start of those mediums.

    AI makes it cheaper and faster to make fakes but it isn’t doing anything different than humans already do with political ads.
