I spent a week in Norway during summer 2021 and I became addicted to “smultringer” (kind of dougnut).
I am so sad that l can’t find them in Denmark.
Hope you got something to wash it down with, you probably got two of the driest snacks in Norway
I thought “Gjende” was discontinued? My opinion is they’re awful, but there was an uproar when it was announced production would stop as they were used in “Delfia cake” for Christmas.
These are, in fact, the two best grocery store cookies in Norway. So good on you for picking them.
The sjokolade bixit are sooo good if you see them
at least get chocolate bixit bruuh, gjende pure blizz
“Snacks”
You should definatly get some cuba chocolate 😀
If you like coffee you should try dipping BIXIT in coffee.
Excellent, start at the most dry and tasteless end of the spectrum. Now you will not be too disappointed when you realise the only other tastes are pepper and “covered with salt”.

A small cultural footnote: the reindeer on Gjende references the buckride in Henrik Ibsen’s “Peer Gynt” [https://intothewildsomewhatblog.wordpress.com/myths-and-stories/irish-stories/peer-gynt-the-buckride/](https://intothewildsomewhatblog.wordpress.com/myths-and-stories/irish-stories/peer-gynt-the-buckride/) set in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gjende
