A disabled person was shot dead in the occupied part of Vovchansk.

Aerial scouts monitoring the airspace over Vovchansk have discovered what they believe to be the direct result of a war crime by the Russians.

Operators can now see the body of a dead person in a wheelchair next to the hospital that was taken over by the occupiers.

The Ukrainian military is convinced that the disabled man tried to run away from the medical facility, but he was shot and thrown into a cart to stand in the middle of a broken street.

  4. From what I heard this is/was a lady who was shot during their attempt to evacuate. Her husband survived.

  7. Defenseless women, children, and elderly are even off-limits for some non-state actors. Groups that could also care less about international law or the Geneva Conventions, but at least operate by a basic code.

  27. My mom died last year. I wouldn’t be able to sleep if her body was just…there. Right there in that chair in the road with Russians waiting to use it for target practice or worse. I wouldn’t sleep again probably. Political parties and country lines don’t matter. People are killing innocent people without any justification. Everyone should oppose this without a thought or hesitation. It’s obvious.
