Russian soldiers killed an old man on a wheelchair in Vovchansk, as the man tried to leave the medical facility, Russians shot him and then threw him in the middle of a street.

1. All I see a video of is a guy in a wheelchair. No shooting.

2. The only problem with this fairy tale is that the Russians are nowhere near the rail station, it’s on the other side of the river and controlled by the Ukrainians, nor is there any indication that this man has been shot, nor do they have any motive to do this.
