Hi, I’m trying to fill out my second my tax form but I’m a little confused about some of the details that has been asked. I registered the address as second home from 01.01.2024 until 23.02.2024.
It was a 3er-WG. I rented the WG for 6 months and nobody really got to talk to each other much so I don’t have their addresses and date of births. Which bracket do I fall into? Thanks (:

Were you Hauptmieter or Untermieter here? Should say so on your contract.
Did they move out already? Otherwise, it is fair to assume they still live there. Provide the names and give a friendly notice that you don’t have the remaining info. However, your landlord should have it, so try asking them asap.
But why did you rent for 6 months and only 2 of them as a Zweitwohnung?
