Help regarding a traffic violation on the highway (fine)

Hi.

Two months ago I was traveling with my company's car. I usually use Google Maps for navigation on the highways / roads and on this highway near Bielefeld I got flashed by a traffic camera. Apparently it was a 100km/h limit highway and I was driving 120 km/h.

The letter apparently came about 2 weeks ago and I just noticed it now. Since the car is on the address of the company, I was expecting it to come to the office (because all of our company cars tickets go there), but it came to my house while I was on a trip outside the country and I saw the letter in my mailbox just today.

As far as I understand, I should've send something until yesterday – could anyone help me out what should I do and what is the procedure? It is my first traffic fine so I do not know what to do from here on.

P.S. also one more question – I just (today – 18.05.24) submitted my details to the "online-hearing" link they provided with user and pw, pleading guilty – I received some kind of a number – what do I do from here?
