2. Good for her. I hope people do start using her real name and she finds a way to work it out with the union.

   I’ll give this the same energy I give with pronouncing non-English names the way the person wants me to and calling trans people by the right name. Obviously the level of privilege and violence is vastly different, but the moral center is the same. Your name matters and people should use what makes you feel respected and seen.
