23. It would be a grave mistake for Russia to invade Kharkiv. As per western media, ONLY 50k Russian troops are stationed near the border. Lets assume its 100K troops in comparison
    to 1.3 million residents in Kharkiv. No Commander in Chief in right mind would send his troops in a city of 1.3 Million residents which can be armed against advancing force. It would be
    a slaughter house. By hyping the Russian attack Zelensky in begging for more money .
