It’s normal to keep a 2 month cushion for oil/fuel supplies. A month is 8.3% of a year. So I estimate a 16.6% drop in fuel output is when the impact will be very noticeable. Once russia suffers a 17% or even 20% drop, it will be hard for them to hide that they feel it.
Why does this figure seem so sticky in the 10-20% range? Feels like there are frequent attacks.
What if Ukrainian army destroys all energy facilities in middle of winter just in Moscow an St. Petersburg?
All we know that Russia = both of those cities. When Orsk became open air aquarium it was discussed one day on channels but still they have been discussing Crocus city terror attack. So it means Moscow is ass pain of Russia. Let Russia face darkness and coldness. If there should be 10k drones, mobilize thousands of technicians and do it. Afterwards focus on second wave of drone attacks to 3000km to biggest oil refinery Omsk.
