Lets just hire them all! Tuchel manages from Monday to Wednesday, Flick from Thursday to Sunday. As for Rafa, he will be the refreshments guy.

Lol they couldn’t make xavi their puppet but they think they can make Tuchel? Barca can’t deal with outsiders, nepotism will drop and a german coach would probably tell the board members to fuck off if they tried sticking their nose into everything like they’re doing with xavi. Do you Imagine Roque’s agent would be crying about playtime if Tuchel was the manager? Let’s be real, they don’t have the balls to hire an outsider. The last one they hired lasted 6 months and had problems with every player. Other than him, all Barca coaches in the last 20 years were ex Barca players. It’s either Marquez or Xavi, anybody else is a tier 9999 news.

Anyone who thinks Tuchel would be a match under the board and our financial issues is crazy, the implosion would probably happen earlier than the usual two and a half seasons
Seeing as how the club is struggling financially and can’t even afford to get a DM which is the most glaring position, I say they just hire Marquez. Spend the next 2 years rebuilding and getting out of the financial hole and then get someone more proven. It’s not like we have a team that can really compete anyways realistically

Would Flick or Tuchel work well with Laporta and sporting director Deco? I have my doubts. The portuguese and Brazilians Jorge Mendes and Deco want to fill the club with are the exact contrary of the type of players Flick or Tuchel would want.
Rafa Marquez seems to be the only option that will obey to the instructions of Laporta and Deco.
