  23. Russia made that claim a week ago. HOW OLD is this video? They hit Vovchansk and got bogged down and haven't shown any signs of being able to advance beyond. That's a shame, because Vovchansk is ONLY 2 km across the Russian border, whereas Kharkiv is 58 km past that. How BAD are you if your army can't even take the FIRST strategic objective on it's to-do list?
