Also, if you go to Copernicus satellite, you can see how russians slowly calibrated their strikes – first ones missed by 2km! Then week later by only 0.5km, then another week goes by and two hit the facility yet most still missed. Then two weeks later after 20th of April they started hitting very precisely and slowly destroyed the whole facility.
The question is why wasn’t the command of attacks eliminated after the first missed shots? Russians had two full months with almost no resistance.
