Tips on which way to take back to Germany based on our route so far?

We drove from Berlin via Denmark and the coastal route of southern Sweden to Norway and from the photo you can see what we have done so far in Norway.

We are staying at a camp site near Odda until Tuesday and we basically got Wednesday and Thursday to spent somewhere before making it back into Sweden by Thursday evening.

Any recommendation what route to take back and maybe some quick stops on the way?

Note: we are intentionally not doing Trolltunga (too challenging for us), Buarbreen hike towards the Glacier (I don’t think we can make it with our dog?) and Bergen (too far to drive back from)
