A week ago I ordered a product on Bol.com, from a seller called Vabok, and 3 days ago was supposed to be the delivery date. I just received an email that says the order has been cancelled because the partner has indicated that the item is no longer available.
The problem is the product that I bought for €550 can now be found only for €750 (€200 more).
What's the obligation from Bol to the products sold in the marketplace? Is there any consumer right that they need to obey to deliver my product or at least pay the difference to buy in another store?
Thanks for the help.

The only responsibility bol has, is to make sure that you get reimbursed for the cancelled order. The seller has the right to cancel the order if the item is no longer available, since the can’t do magic
Had the same twice with Bol.com. Really shitty but can’t do much about it I think. You can maybe file a complaint. I personally had one time where they cancelled my order and then put it back in stock with a hunderds of euro higher price. Like the same week. That I contested as my reservation was binding as I had already paid and they actually had stock at the expected moment.
You _might_ be able to rely on article 74 of _Boek 6_ of our _Burgerlijk Wetboek_, but I’m not sure how successful that would be. I’d also check the terms and conditions which apply if I were you and see if they free Bol and/or its sellers from paying damages.
